Terms of Service

The client must be 18 years of age or a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service listed below

I retain original copyright and ownership of the work given/made which includes but may not be limited to (in accordance to my discretion):

Self promotion/displaying the work on my websites, social media and portfolio

Clients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.

Clients will keep a duplicate of the illustration without the watermark and the artist will keep the illustration with the watermark

Unless specified in the commission information, commercial licenses and reselling rights are NOT included and MUST be discussed and agreed upon by the artist for permission

Commercial use includes usage on streams, merchandise, broadcasts or any monetized work

Any work/commission done by the artist and available to the client will NOT be used for AI learning, NFTs, or any machine learning

Clients agree to provide all references, art, information and/or assets before and during the process of the work

Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else’s and MUST credit me(the artist) on social/public platforms using my username even with or without commercial licensing.

If the client requests me to draw a NSFW character who is canonically underaged or have an appearance of a child, I have the right to not comply to said request

There are 4 stages to the workflow: the sketch/draft process, coloured sketch process, lineart process, colouring process and final process

During the sketch/draft process, there will be several compositions the client can choose from unless they have a composition already set in mind before the sketch/draft process

I, the artist, will update you regularly during each stage until the product/work is finished

Any changes requested during the sketching/drafting process and/or coloured sketch process do not require a fee, but any stages after the said process requires a fixed fee

Client is free to give feedback but must provide the necessary reference to aid in said revision

Completion time will average between 3 days - 1 week depending on the complexity of the project and will be confirmed after discussing the workload and are asked to be patient during the process

Sundays and Saturdays are my break days and will not work on those days: Any delay on updates for any reason will be informed to the client promptly

Any set deadline by the client will be charged a fixed fee

Clients must pay in USD via PayPal invoicing or E-interac transfer to my bank account via email

Client must pay in full upfront, unless the commission is >$45, the client must pay the first 50% before the commission is officially started, and the final 50% after the sketching/drafting process

If a client is in the waitlist and the commission has not yet started, they do not need to pay until the informed commission start date

No refunds if the illustration has already started unless initiated by me, the artist

If for any reason I cannot complete the illustration by the discussed deadline, there will be a refund based on the amount of work completed

Chargebacks are not permitted and refunds should follow the terms listed above

I retain the right to stop working with and/or refund clients who are disrespectful and harass me or are unclear and do not provide me with necessary details as asked

If the client wishes to cancel the illustration after the commission has officially started, the client will be asked to pay a fee based on the amount of work completed

Refund amount will be based on the pricing of specified commission, 80% of the price of specified commission will be refunded
